Both the sides are heard. Papers of investigation are carefully seen. The investigation is not yet completed. One person died and two persons became blind due to consumption of the liquor. So complete investigation needs to be made.

When this Court expressed that at this stage this Court is not inclined to grant relief, learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the proceeding with liberty to prefer the application after filing of the charge-sheet.
