We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

The date for final hearing in the claim proceeding of the petitioner is scheduled tomorrow. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that she would participate in the said hearing and would not seek an adjournment.

The learned AGP submits that after the hearing is concluded tomorrow, the proceeding would be closed and a final order would be delivered on or before 15-07-2022.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions that, the petitioner is satisfied . 5.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by recording that the petitioner would appear before the committee tomorrow and participate in the final hearing. Thereafter, the committee would close the matter and shall thereafter deliver it's reasoned order, on or before 15-07-2022.
