Though belatedly, the authorities have complied with the order dated 27.10.2021 passed in Writ Petition no 11949/2021. The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that since the order passed is adverse to the petitioners, they would be preferring a fresh petition for challenging the said order on merits. 2.
