Heard learned Advocates for the parties. These applications are filed for condonation of delay of 3754 days i.e. more than 10 years in filing the first appeals.

The learned Advocate for the applicants strenuously submits that the judgment and award impugned in these appeals is also subject matter of

( 2 ) ca8030.23 challenge in an appeal filed by the acquiring body and the same is admitted and pending in this Court.

Considering the fact that the appeal is already filed by the acquiring body, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The Civil Applications are allowed.

(ii) The delay of 3754 days caused in filing the appeal stands condoned.

(iii) The first appeals be registered.
