Criminal Application No. 1684 of 2025 and Criminal Application No. 1685 of 2025 are filed by the informant seeking permission to assist learned APP in prosecuting the respective Anticipatory Bail Applications. For the reasons mentioned in the same, both applications are allowed. Applicant is permitted to assist learned APP. Both applications are disposed off accordingly. 2.

After hearing learned counsel Mr. Solanke as well as Mr. Kawade for respective applicants, when disinclination is shown to grant relief, both learned counsel, on instructions, seek leave to withdraw the respective Anticipatory Bail Applications. 3.

Leave granted. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 697 of 2025 and Anticipatory Bail Application No. 713 of 2025 stand disposed off as withdrawn.
