Pursuant to the order dated 27th October, 2014, the appellant has not placed on record the documents as were directed. 2.

Subsequent thereto, the matters were adjourned, from time to time, at the behest of the appellant and the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant remained absent. As such, the matters are posted today for dismissal.

It is needless to observe that even on earlier occasion, the present Second Appeals were dismissed for want of prosecution and were subsequently restored.

In view of above conduct and having regard to the fact that the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant is absent today also, Second Appeals stand dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.
