The petitioner is assailing Government Resolution dated 02.05.2012. The said Government Resolution was subject matter of consideration by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 4168 of 2012. This Court, vide order dated 24.10.2013, quashed and set aside Clauses 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7 of the Government Resolution 02.05.2012.

In the light of above, grievance of the petitioner now does not survive and it is covered by the judgment in Writ Petition No. 4168/2012 dated 24.10.2013.
