Complainant failed to take steps on two dates and hence the complaint filed under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, is dismissed and the accused is acquitted by the Trial Court as per Section 256 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

Heard learned advocates for the parties.

This is a fit case to grant leave to file appeal against the impugned order of acquittal.

Hence, the application is allowed. Leave to file appeal against the impugned order of acquittal dated 22nd March, 2024
