1) As the appeal is provided against the externment order made by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, this Court expressed that the matter will not be entertained. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the petition. He submits that the State is taking time for deciding appeal and there is order of only six months and

2 Cr WP 633 of 2015 so direction be given to the State to expeditiously dispose of the appeal if preferred by the petitioner. In view of these circumstances the appeal is to be disposed of expeditiously and within 45 days after such appeal is filed. The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Sd/- Sd/- (INDIRA K.
