Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

Injunction granted by order dated 6.9.2018 by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vaijapur against the petitioners stand confirmed as the appeal filed by the petitioners is dismissed in default and no further proceedings were initiated by the petitioners. The present writ petition is filed against the impugned order dated 18.4.2024, granting police protection to the respondents/defendants in pursuance of the injunction order, which is in force, to assist the respondents in doing the necessary work of well. Primafacie, well is held to be in possession of the respondents/defendants and as such, the defendants have right to enjoy the property in terms of the injunction order.

In view of the above, there is no merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed.
