This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited in the office of this court by the appellant-acquiring body.

In view of above and since the amount is of Rs.1,51,457/-, following order:

ORDER

a] The application is allowed.

b] Office to allow the applicant to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in the office of this court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.
