Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After hearing the matter for a considerable time, parties fairly reconcile to a position that there would be direction for disposal of suit expeditiously and status-quo with regard to possession to be maintained as on the date. 3.

In view of the same, the matter is not being entertained on merits and is being disposed of with directions that Regular Civil Suit No.62 of 2013 pending before the Civil Judge, Junior

WP-4941.16.doc Division, Sakri, be proceeded with as expeditiously as possible and disposed of preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

During pendency of the suit, parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on the date i.e. 4th May, 2016. 5.

It is expected that there would not be any further litigation between the parties either criminal or civil during pendency of the suit.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
