Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 8647 OF 2024 is for withdrawal of the amount. The amount awarded is only Rs.2,20,500/- towards compensation. The application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.

929 ca.8647.24.odt Considering that the amount is small, this Court finds that interest of justice would be met by allowing the applicant to withdraw entire amount alongwith accrued interest. Hence, the following order.

O R D E R

The application stands allowed.

II.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount alongwith accrued interest i.e. deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.
