CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 2469 OF 2015.

CORAM

:

V.M. Deshpande, J.

DATE :

8th June, 2015.

Per Court :- Criminal Application No.1510/15 filed on behalf of present applicant for bail is already rejected by this court on 1st April, 2015. This is successive bail application. The applicant has right to file successive application for bail; however, the applicant has to make out a case for successive application. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the reason for moving the present application is that, though while rejecting Criminal Application No.1510/15, eight months time was granted to the trial court to decide the case on merit, there is no further progress in the trial, even after lapse of two months.

[2] That cannot be a change in circumstances. Hence, present Application is rejected.
