DATE : 02 AUGUST 2024 ORDER :- The petitioner is challenging the order of invalidation of Mannervarlu tribe certificate.

Having heard both the sides, it transpires that the impugned order was the common order in the matter of petitioner and three others. One of them Saivamshi Shivram Bogulwar had challenged the selfsame order in Writ Petition No.445 of 2022 (Saivamshi Shivram Bogulwar Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others). By the order dated 11.01.2022, this Court had examined sustainability of the order and for the reasons recorded therein, allowed the writ petition and directed her to be issued with the certificate of validity making it vulnerable depending upon the outcome of the [1]

946-wp-5411-2022.odt matters, which the Committee had decided to reopen. Since it was a decision of a coordinate division bench in respect of the selfsame order, which is a common order, we cannot assign separate reasons. 3.

The writ petition is allowed partly for the reasons recorded by this Court in the matter of Saiwamshi Shivram Bogulwar (Supra). 4.

Petitioner be issued with the certificate of validity which would be co-terminus of the validity holders which the Committee has decided to reopen.
