1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] Learned APP points out that the charge-sheet has been filed before the competent authority in this case. 3] In view of filing of the charge-sheet, we think, the applicants have remedy before the learned trial Judge where the charge-sheet has been filed. Hence, we pass following order.

Cr.Appln. 2249/12 - 2 - 5] The criminal application is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the applicants to take such steps as are available in law after filing of the charge-sheet before the learned trial Judge.
