PER COURT:- 1) Heard. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that, the purpose of the Petitioner would be served, if the Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the pending appeal of the Petitioner, expeditiously. 2) The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents agrees to argument and submission advanced on behalf of the Petitioner and submits that, in case the appeal is pending with Respondent No.3, the same may be directed to be decided within eight months from today. 3) In the light of above, we direct the Respondent No.3 to decide the appeal filed by the Petitioner, if pending, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight weeks'

3723/14WP from today. In case, the appeal of the Petitioner is already decided, the decision on said appeal be communicated to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from today.

4) It is needless to observe that, in case, the decision in appeal is adverse to the Petitioner, the Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.

5) The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 to communicate this order by fastest mode of communication.

6) Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
