The grievance of the petitioner is that the Government has not taken decision upon the proposal of the petitioner for opening new Arts, Commerce and Science College at Devlai Parisar or MIDC Railway Station area.

In case the proposal of the petitioner is pending and if it is possible, the decision shall be taken by the Government by the end of August 2021.
