1] The applicant is a jail inmate, who has forwarded an application from the jail seeking extension of temporary bail granted to him by this Court in Bail Application No.894/2020 dated 16th September, 2020.

2] However, learned APP points out that subsequently, the applicant has been granted regular bail by this Court in Bail Application No.101 of 2021 by the order dated 8th June 2021.

3] In view of the subsequent regular bail granted to the applicant, the present application is disposed of having become infructuous.
