The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that these petitioners are similarly situated as like the other untrained primary school teachers. They have moved representation dated 12-09-2019. They pray only for a decision on the said representation within a particular time frame. Reminders have been issued thereafter on 22-11-2019 and 07-02-2020.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 12-09-2019 filed by these petitioners, on their own merits. We expect, such decision to be taken and a reasoned order be passed on or before 31st May, 2022.
