In all these identically placed petitions, the petitioners have put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- B) Issue writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus to the respondents to accept Rs.05,00,000 (Five Lakh) and issue challan for Each course towards conducting inspection and decide the proposal of the petitioners and grant Essentiality Certificate/ Government Resolution in favour of petitioners to conduct the ANM with intake 20 and GNM with intake of 40 students for the present academic year i.e. 20222023." 2.
These matters were heard for quite sometime. A pass over was granted for taking instructions, as to when would be the cutoff date, before which prayer clause (B) of the petitioners could be considered.

It is informed on instructions, by the learned Advocate representing respondent No.3 that the academic year 2022-2023 is
(3) likely to commence in August or any time thereafter. 4.
In view of the above, we find that prayer clause (B) could be granted by directing respondent No.1, to complete the procedure, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 20/08/2022. The learned Advocates for the petitioners and respondent No.3 are satisfied.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off, with a direction to the petitioners to deposit the requisite fees, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30/06/2022. Respondent No.1, after issuing challan, shall accept the amount on or before 30/06/2022, and thereafter, shall complete the procedure as set out in prayer clause (B), on or before 20/08/2022.
