The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 27th March, 2018 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik, sustaining the order passed by the Additional District Collector, Ahmednagar, dated 2nd August, 2017 passed in R.T.S. Appeal No. 661 of 2016, which pertains to revenue entries. 2.

The learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader points out that the petitioners have an alternate statutory remedy in the form of preferring the Second Revision in the light of the judgment delivered by the Supreme Court in the matter of Gurudassing
