Heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

Mrs Rasal, learned Counsel for the petitioners invited our attention to the order dated 30th April, 2009, passed by this Court. Rule was granted and present petition was tagged along with Writ Petition Nos.7311, 7462, and 7463 of 2005. Learned Counsel invited our attention to the document placed on record at page No.34. It was submitted that respondent Nos.5,6 and 7 were appointed subject to decision in the petitions
(3) preferred by them. She submitted that petitions preferred by respondent Nos.5,6 and 7 are allowed by this Court on 6th September, 2011. As such, she placed on record copy of the order dated 6th September, 2011, passed by this Court. Same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Perusal of above referred order shows that bunch of petition were decided by this Court. The petitions were allowed and orders cancelling admission of the petitioners were impugned in the petition and order cancelling admission was quashed and set aside.

In view of this fact, nothing remained in the present petition. Thus, the petition has been rendered infructuous and same stands disposed of accordingly.
