This is application for condonation of delay of 168 days in filing the first appeal.

Learned advocate for insurance company has strenuously opposed the application stating that delay is not properly explained.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' on condition that applicants/claimants shall not be entitled to claim interest for the period of delay.
