This is an application for condonation of delay in brining on record legal representatives of the deceased - Respondent No.1 - Sayyad Dilawar Khajabhaji.

Vide order dated 26th February, 2021, notices were issued to the proposed legal representatives. Mr. Khandare, learned counsel, appears for the proposed legal representatives.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the acquiring body that these are the only legal representatives of the deceased - Respondent No.1 - Sayyad Dilawar Khajabhaji and none other.
