Not on board. Taken on board at the request of Mr. Anil S. Bajaj, learned counsel for applicant/CIDCO.

Mr. Bajaj, learned counsel submits that this Court was pleased to grant interim stay on condition that the CIDCO shall deposit 60% of the amount of compensation in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the order. He submits that the period of twelve weeks is over. However, the cheques of the compensation amount are now

ca.7292.22 ors.odt ready and he seeks extension of time and directions to Registry to accept the cheques.

Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel for original claimants has no objection to deposit the cheques of compensation amount. One week time is hereby extended to deposit the cheques of compensation amount as per the order earlier passed by this Court. The Registry to accept the cheques of compensation amount from the applicant/CIDCO.

Civil applications are accordingly disposed of. The interim stay granted by this Court earlier to continue till next date.
