Heard Mr. R.C. Patil, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant and Mr. L.C. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

These applications are for condonation of delay caused for filing First Appeals on the ground that the office of the original respondent No. 3 was closed and merged into another division. As per the procedure the applicants are required to obtain legal opinion. Appellant was required to obtain permission and sanction to file appeal challenging the impugned judgment and decree. Therefore, considerable time was consumed.

The applicants were required to spend huge amount on the litigation as number of matters are pending in various courts and related to various water tanks, irrigation projects undertaken by the 1/2
935 delay.odt Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation Ltd. Due to lack of budgetary provisions to spend the amount some time was consumed.

Mr. L.C. Patil, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to condone the delay. 5.
In view of the above and for the grounds stated in the application, delay caused for filing appeal is condoned.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
7.
In the First Appeals issue notice to the respondents.

Mr. L.C. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the original claimants waives service of notice for the original claimants/respondents.
