Learned AGP is submitting that in view of the order passed by this Court especially on 24.09.2024, the amount of Rs.25,70,269/- has been deposited in the account of petitioner No.1. Under such circumstance, we take that the order is substantially complied with. Learned Advocate for petitioners submits that the action of deposit of said amount does not satisfy the rights of petitioners. Under such circumstance, the relief may be somewhere else.
