The petitioner claims to have belonged to 'Thakur' scheduled tribe. His claim has been invalidated by the respondent - scrutiny committee by the order date 08.04.2019. He is therefore before us. 3.

The fact is that this Court vide judgment and order dated 30.07.2019 passed in writ petition No.8299/2019 granted unconditional validity certificate to the petitioner's cousin nephew. The relationship between the petitioner and this validity holder is not in dispute. We have, therefore, no option but to grant the petitioner relief as prayed for in spite of the learned AGP to have reservation to grant the same. In

O R D E R

I.

The writ petition is allowed.

II.

The impugned order dated 08.04.2019 passed by the respondent - caste scrutiny committee is hereby quashed and set aside. III.

The Scrutiny Committee shall issue the petitioner validity certificate of 'Thakur' scheduled tribe forthwith. IV.

Writ petitions disposed of.
