Present Petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.1 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to decide the proposals dated 6th September 2023 for the approval of the services of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 and also to decide the proposal dated 27th July 2020 for the approval of the services of petitioner No.3.

After waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the said proposals can be decided within four weeks.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, respondent No.1 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to decide the proposals, as referred above, for the approval of services of petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3, within a period of FOUR WEEKS from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
