PER COURT :- By this Application the LRs of the deceased Somnath pray that the Tahsildar Udgir be directed to take the names of the LRs in place of the deceased Somnath in the 7/12 extract of Survey No.115, the during pendency of this petition.

I am of the view that the decision in the Writ Petition will crystallize the rights of the parties and interim orders of this nature need not be passed at this stage. Civil application is, therefore, rejected. The contentions of the parties are kept open to be canvassed in the writ petition.
