As the Petitioner is not 53 years plus on the date of issuance of the transfer order, he would not be covered by the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, which prevents the Zilla Parishad from transferring an Assistant Teacher, who is 53 years plus to the difficult area.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to renew his request after completing 53 years, for the academic year 2024-2025.
