Today, the office has produced the matter in Chamber pointing out the typographical error in the judgment dated 05.12.2024, as in the said judgment the name of applicant No.6 in the title clause as well as in the operative part, is inadvertently typed as "Pravin Rafikmiya Deshmukh" instead of "Parvin Rafikmiya Deshmukh". 2.

In view of the above the name of applicant No.6 be read as "Parvin Rafikmiya Deshmukh" instead of "Pravin Rafikmiya Deshmukh".

The judgment and order dated 05.12.2024 stands corrected to that extent only.
