Applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 119 days caused in filing application for bringing on record heirs of the applicant No. 1. First appeal is filed by the applicants for enhancement. Applicant No. 1 died on 03rd October, 2023 and she is survived by applicant Nos. 1a to 1C. The cause of action survives against them.
