The Head Master of the Zilla Parishad school had submitted the details of the salary payable to the petitioner. The petitioner has already joined at the transferred place. The contention of the petitioner is that the very next date the petitioner was relieved, the petitioner had been at the transferred place. 2.

The respondents no.2 to 4 shall take decision with regard to the payment of the salary of the petitioner, as forwarded by the Head Master on 4.9.2019. The said decision shall be taken within a period of two months from today.
