1] The petitioner is challenging the order dated 18.04.2023 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad.

2] The Appellate Authority has granted stay to the order dated 14.03.2023 passed by the Collector. Instead of issuing notice and keeping the matter pending, it would be more appropriate that the Appellate Authority is directed to decide pending Appeal as expeditiously as possible. Observations on merit of the matter will prejudice the parties before the Appellate Authority.
