Substantive legal proceedings are pending before the Civil Court as well as the Appellate Forum. Miscellaneous Civil Appeal filed by the Petitioners is said to be pending before the Appellate Forum, having been lodged on 24.04.2023.

In the above backdrop, we have no reason to exercise our Writ jurisdiction. At best, the learned Appellate Court can be requested to deal with the pending appeal of the Petitioners, in queue considering the date of lodging, expeditiously.
