Prima-facie we are satisfied that the Applicants/Appellants are required to be released on bail by suspending their sentence looking to the nature of injuries caused and the motive. In the result, we make the following order:

O R D E R

I.

Criminal Application No.2480 of 2015 is allowed. II.

The sentence of imprisonment awarded to the

III.

The Applicants/Appellants are ordered to be released upon furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one solvent surety each in the trial Court.
