Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant is a resident of village Kambi, Taluka Shevgaon, District Ahmednagar. He was granted bail on the condition that he shall not enter his village till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant was observing the bail condition from 11.02.2022. The applicant has lost the service due to present crime. He has no money for staying outside the village. There are no complaints of breach of condition. Considering the conduct of the applicant and respect towards the law, the condition may be relaxed. Hence, the order :- i) Application is allowed.

ii) The condition that the applicant shall not enter the village till the conclusion of the trial, as per order dated 11.02.2022 in Bail Application No. 1164 of 2021, stands cancelled. ( S. G. MEHARE, J. ) rrd
