The petitioner claims that all the applications have been made and he is awaiting a decision thereon.

Merely because the Court has directed consideration of the application and taking a decision thereon, does not mean that the petitioner / applicant is eligible. All that we direct is that a decision be taken on this application within a period of six (6) weeks from today i.e. on or before 03/08/2017. 5.
