The petitioner seeks directions against respondent no. 4 to issue work order in favour of the petitioner and to set aside the letter dated 17.05.2021 issued by respondent no. 2 directing respondent no. 4 to submit the improved proposal for administrative sanction.

It appears that the Municipal Council had taken a decision to proceed further with the

2 wp 6455.2021 tender process. In view of that, the letter impugned would not survive.

The petitioner has already filed writ petition bearing no. 7306 of 2021 seeking directions to issue work order in favour of the petitioner. In view of that, present writ petition does not survive and stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, the civil application is also disposed of.
