Learned counsel appearing for the Petroleum Company states, on instructions, that the operation in respect of the retail outlet allotted in favour of respondent No.4 has already commenced since January 2014. In this view of the matter, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve to be considered in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
