This is an application for permitting amendment to the main application i.e. Criminal Application No. 3252 of 2021 as during pendency of this application charge-sheet is filed. Since investigation papers are available it would be appropriate if the charge-sheet is annexed to main application. Hence the following order.

ORDER

1.

Leave to amend is granted to annex copy of charge-sheet to main application and to add additional

( 2 ) grounds in Criminal Application No. 3252 of 2021, and also to amend the prayer clause.

2.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today with a copy to the other side.

2.

Criminal Application No. 1615 of 2022 for amendment is disposed off.

3.

Place the Criminal Application No. 3252 of 2021 for admission on 5th September, 2022.
