CORAM : NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI AND SMT. VAISHALI PATIL JADHAV, JJ.
DATE : 08th OCTOBER, 2025 PER COURT :
1.
Petitioner makes a grievance that in spite of depositing the amount police aid was not given to him.
2.
Learned APP submits that as per the report, police aid was given to the petitioner, however, due to rain the effective steps could not be taken by the petitioner and the petitioner could not take possession. Now, if petitioner wants police protection again, he has to deposit necessary charges for the same. 3.
Criminal writ petition is, therefore, disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to deposit police protection charges within one week. On such deposit by the petitioner, police aid shall be given to the petitioner within fifteen days. (VAISHALI PATIL JADHAV, J.) (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
