Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicants were on interim protection since 01.06.2021. The Investigating Officer has filed the charge-sheet against the applicants under Section 324 and other sections. Initially, Sections 307, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code were applied. The entire investigation has been completed. The applicants have supported the Investigating Officer. Therefore, nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. 3.

The learned A.P.P. conceded that the charge-sheet has been filed under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the facts of the case, the applicants deserve anticipatory bail. Hence,

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicants by order dated 01.06.2021 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

iii) The condition to remain present before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m to 12.00 p.m. till further orders stands recalled.
