Heard. We are not inclined to entertain this case mainly because there is strong prima facie case against the applicant. We, in-fact, advised the learned Counsel for the respondent-wife to make appropriate application for getting restored the possession of the house. If necessary, she may even apply to remove the applicant-husband from the house.
