The deceased was once a Sarpanch of the village. No suicide note. There is two days' delay in lodging the FIR. The applicants are alleged to have harassed the deceased for one or the other reason. There is political rivalry between the applicants on one hand and family of the deceased on the other.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 11.06.2021. Learned Public Prosecutor waives notice for the respondent.

Till next date, in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.061 of 2021 registered with Dondaicha Police Station, Tq. Shindkheda, Dist. Dhule, for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, the applicants be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner. [R.G. AVACHAT, J.] kbp
