All these applications have been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Taking into consideration the fact that the amount has been deposited towards the acquisition of the land and the appeals have been filed stating that the reference Court has enhanced the amount eight times than the rate awarded by Special Land Acquisition Officer, the original claimants in all the applications i.e. applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in each of the matter and it be
