We have heard Mr. Solanke, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Kale, learned A.G.P. for Respondents.

Mr. Kale, learned A.G.P. refers to the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.1589 of 2021 dated 16.02.2021 to which one of us (S. V. Gangapurwala, J.) was party and submits that challenge made in the present writ petition to the tender process was similar to the one in Writ Petition No.1589 of 2021.

Mr. Solanke, learned counsel after going through the judgment dated 16.02.2021 in Writ Petition No.1589 of 2021 affirms that the challenge is on similar ground in the present writ petition.

In view of that and for the reasons recorded in the order dated 16.02.2021 in Writ Petition No.1589 of 2021 the present Writ Petition also stands disposed of. No costs.
