Present application has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 for getting the delay of 1530 days condoned in bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.1 i.e. present applicant No.1 on record in first appeal.

In fact, the appeal is filed by present respondent No.1, however, the original respondents themselves have filed this application. Original claimant No.1 has expired on 08.11.2014 when the judgment and award was passed on 02.05.2014 that means after the pronouncement of the judgment. The present appeal is along with the delay condonation application. Under such circumstance, the delay

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Respondent No.1 is directed to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 in appeal i.e. present applicant No.1 on record within a period of 14 days.
